Select "Add a Clinic " from the main navigation to add additional accounts to your folders and groups. You will need information from an item received within the past 30 days in order to add the account.
The Master Account is the gateway account. All Account s that fall under the gateway Account are linked to this Master Account . The concept is developed for better management of RFID businesses.
A Folder is a unique name assigned to a Account or group of accounts. The Folder is defined per user; therefore each user has a unique view.
Viewer- The Viewer role enables users to view RFID accounts and view ASN History. Once a Viewer makes a ASN genetation, they become a User. They can only view information for accounts to which they have been assigned. This role may also enter a dispute against an item. They can update their own personal profile information.
User- The User role includes all the activities of the Viewer role as well as the ability to handle payment related operations. They can only view information or make payments for accounts to which they have been assigned.
Administrator- This role includes all of the User functionality and access. It allows assignment of company users to account. A company can have one or more Master Accounts. An Administrator will have access to administer all associated Account .
The Administrator should assign a new Administrator to the Master Account (s). The new Administrator can then un-assign the out-going Administrator. If the Business User leaves without doing this task, please call your Customer Care Associate, who will be able to assign the new Administrator at the Master Account level.
